By focusing on education in these areas, H2F aims to create a more lethal and adaptive military force ready to face the challenges of modern warfare.
Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) enhances Soldier well-being and performance through five domains: physical readiness, mental resilience, nutritional wellness, sleep health, and spiritual fitness. Education is vital in this initiative, equipping Soldiers and families with knowledge to make informed health decisions. Workshops, training sessions, and informal learning empower individuals to adopt healthy practices, ensuring Soldiers are prepared for peak performance and operational readiness.

Our Services

Basic Fitness Leader (BFL)
The 10th CAB H2F Team will provide integrated Holistic Health and Fitness training for Junior NCOs and/or SPC(P) for the purpose of improving Unit PT and Soldier readiness across the BDE.
Classes will be taught by 10th CAB H2F Strength and Conditioning Coaches, Injury Control, Nutrition team, Spiritual leaders, and Cognitive Specialists.

Exercise Leader (EL) for Pregnancy Postpartum Physical Training (P3T)
P3T embraces the five domains of H2F and incorporates them into the program
This means inclusion of specific physical training and holistic health recommendations that reflect best current evidence for working with the pregnant and postpartum Soldier.

Low Back Pain Class
The 10th CAB H2F Injury Control Team is opening its lower back pain class to all 10th CAB Soldiers with the intent to teach techniques and exercises to anyone who suffers from chronic low back pain.

Mountain Fit
Giving Soldiers the physical readiness prescriptions they need to stay ready.
As well as educating Soldiers to do the same when their time comes to create and lead PT. -
10th Mountain Divisions MRC-H2F In-Processing Program
This 2-week program takes Soldiers through progressive educational focused physical training sessions which aid in developing the basics for Soldiers to eventually become fully functional Tactical Athlete Professionals.
The program is designed to specifically to teach Soldiers foundational human performance principles as well as movement fidelity -
H2F Academy
The H2F Academy, formerly the U.S. Army Physical Fitness School, is the Army’s home for training H2F Integrators. The H2F Academy trains leaders in all H2F physical and non-physical domains to develop ready, mission capable warfighters.
