Soldiers learn about sleep basics and how low-quality sleep impairs mission-critical aspects of performance, such as reaction time. Additionally, soldiers are guided through various strategies to help increase sleep quality.

A training designed to educate Soldiers on the purpose of stress, and the positive and negative impacts of stress. Additionally, training includes learning about stress perception and threshold, and practical skills on how to manage daily stressors. Soldiers learn practical skills and exercises to expand the zone of optimal performance and rapid decision-making capabilities.

A unit activity to incorporate mental skills with physical training to improve the mental readiness.

Mental Readiness Prep for Schools
One on one or group mental skills training to maximize performance with military schools. Whether going to Ranger school, EFMB, or Airborne (or any other Army school), improve your mindset, mental toughness, and confidence with the Cognitive Performance Team. Success isn't just graduating from a school, but also navigating the experience with greater confidence and less anxiety. Learn tips and tricks on how to maximize your performance and how to best train for that experience, as well.
